As a visitor from Mexico and a heavy metal fan, visiting the Whisky a Go Go was a must. This legendary venue has an incredible history and has hosted countless iconic artists and bands over the years. When I visited, there were actually some bands playing live, including some artists I already knew, which made the experience even better. The venue isn’t huge, so you can really feel the energy of the performances. There are drinks and snacks available, but of course, having a cold beer while watching a live show is the classic way to enjoy it. An absolute must for any rock or metal fan visiting LA.
